How to track time on your mobile device
Tracking time on your phone is simple. You can clock in and out, switch jobs, and see who’s working directly from QuickBooks Workforce, the QuickBooks Time mobile app. Follow these steps to start tracking time:
- Sign up for a free QuickBooks Time trial.
- Invite your team to download QuickBooks Workforce, the mobile app for QuickBooks Time mobile app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Open the QuickBooks Workforce app and select the Time tab from the menu bar.
- Select a job or task.
- Select Clock In.
- Select Clock Out, when you’re done for the day.
