  QuickBooks Payroll Elite free for QuickBooks Online Accountant subscribers: Requires a QuickBooks Online Account subscription and acceptance of the QuickBooks Terms of Service and Intuit Privacy Statement.
  
  Direct Discount offer terms: Client is billed 30% Off QuickBooks Online Payroll for the first 6 Months of the service.
  
  Eligibility: This offer is eligible to accounting firms who register or have registered for QuickBooks Online Accountant (“QBOA”) and use the Direct Discount (client is billed) option for QuickBooks Online Payroll (“Payroll”) subscription fees. All eligible Payroll subscriptions must be entered through Direct Discount. The Direct Discount (client is billed) invoicing option means that the QBOA user enters in the client’s information and the client is billed for the Payroll subscription fees directly (“Direct Discount”).
  
  Term of offer The discount is valid only for the named individual or company that registered for Payroll subscription and cannot be transferred to another client, individual, or company. Cannot be combined with any other Intuit offer. Offer valid for a limited time only. This offer is applicable to new and existing QuickBooks customers. Offer valid in the US only and is non-transferable.
  
  Billing: Discount is applied to the monthly price for Payroll for the duration indicated above starting from the date of enrollment, followed by the then-current list price for the service. The account will automatically be charged until the client cancels. List price subject to change at any time at Intuit’s sole discretion. All prices are quoted without sales tax. The Payroll customer will be required to enter valid billing details and their account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis. The first bill date will be on the date of enrollment. Subscriptions will be charged to the credit card through the QB account. Payment is due, in full, immediately upon monthly invoicing.
  
  Additional QuickBooks Online Payroll terms: Each employee is an additional $6/month for Core, $8/month for Premium, and $10/month for Elite. Contractor payments via direct deposit are $6/month for Core, $8/month for Premium, and $10/month for Elite. Service optimized for up to 50 employees or contractors and capped at 150. Performance may be impacted as employee count increases. Service includes 1 state. If you file taxes in more than one state, each additional state is currently $12/month in Core and Premium. There is no additional charge for additional state tax filings for Elite. The discounts do not apply to additional employees and state tax filing fees. Special fees apply to exception processing. For details, click the Employees tab, and then click the Help button near the top right of the window. In the search field at the top of the Help window, type “What fees apply to exception processing?”
  
  Cancellation: Payroll customers may cancel their subscription at any time, by going to the Account & Settings in Payroll and selecting “Cancel.” The Payroll customer will not receive a pro-rated refund. For more information on the managing user rights or deleting clients, please see here.

  Auto Payroll: Available if the setup for employees and the company is complete, all employees are salaried employees, all employees are set up on direct deposit, bank verification and e-services are enabled, the account has not been on hold in the last 6 months, and the first payroll has been run successfully.
  
  Automated tax payments and filings: Automated tax payments and filing are available only for state and federal taxes. Enrollment in e-services is required. Local taxes require the user to print the forms and upload them to the necessary local sites. QuickBooks Online Payroll Core does not offer local tax payments and filings. Automatic filings for state new hire paperwork are available in QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium and Elite only.
  
  Same-day direct deposit: Available to QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium and Elite users. Payroll processed before 7 AM PT shall arrive the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Requires setup of direct deposit and bank verification. Same-day direct deposit may be subject to eligibility criteria. Deposit delays may vary because of third-party delays, risk reviews, or issues beyond Intuit’s control. Same-day direct deposit is available only for employees.
  
  TSheets time tracking: Additional fees may apply. Time tracking included in the QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium and Elite subscription services. Features vary. The TSheets mobile app works with iPhones, iPads, and Android phones and tablets. Devices sold separately; data plan required. Not all features are available on the mobile app and mobile browser. TSheets mobile access is included with your QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium and Elite subscription at no additional cost. Data access is subject to cellular/internet provider network availability and occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance and events beyond your control. This non-refundable fee will be added automatically to each monthly Intuit invoice at the then-current price until you cancel. The fee is separate from any workers’ comp insurance policy premium by AP Intego Insurance Group. Workers’ Compensation Service requires an active and paid QuickBooks Payroll subscription. Eligibility criteria apply to transfer active insurance policy broker of record, including insurance carrier, policy renewal date, and payment method. Workers’ compensation insurance is not available in OH, ND, WA, and WY.
